The copyright of works submitted to Respolitica is deemed to have been transferred to the journal upon acceptance of the article. Authors declare that their works are original, have not been published elsewhere, and do not infringe the copyright of third parties.
All content published in the journal is protected under Respolitica’s publication policies, unless otherwise stated. Whilst all publication rights to published articles belong to the journal, authors may share their work for personal academic purposes (e.g. in institutional repositories, on personal websites or academic networks) provided they provide appropriate citation.
The partial or full reprinting, reproduction or distribution of published content is not permitted without written permission from the journal. However, quotations made in accordance with scientific citation rules are excluded from this scope.
Respolitica adopts the open access principle and supports free access to published works. In this context, it is essential that appropriate citations are provided when using content published in the journal and that the integrity of the work is preserved.
Authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions for any images, tables or other materials used in their articles. Responsibility for the copyright of such materials lies with the authors.
