Plagiarism Policy

Respolitica adheres to the principles of academic integrity and scientific ethics, and maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism. All manuscripts submitted to the journal are rigorously assessed for originality, and ethical violations such as plagiarism, fabrication of data, misrepresentation, and unauthorised use are strictly prohibited.

Articles submitted to the journal are checked using similarity detection software prior to the peer review process. If the total similarity rate exceeds 15%, the relevant work is rejected without entering the peer review process. However, technical sections such as the references and methods may be considered separately by the editorial board when assessing this rate.

Plagiarism encompasses the use of ideas, data, text, visuals or findings belonging to others without proper citation; the incomplete or misleading presentation of sources; the reuse of one’s own previously published work without proper citation (self-plagiarism); and the unauthorised copying of a work from other sources.

Should plagiarism be detected during the peer review process or after publication, the relevant article will be immediately excluded from consideration or, if already published, retracted. In such cases, the necessary notifications may be made to the institutions to which the author(s) are affiliated.

Respolitica expects all authors to act in accordance with scientific ethical standards and is committed to upholding academic integrity at every stage of the publication process.
